Graceful Hearts, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to ending “hunger” by reaching out to the working poor, homeless and seniors in West Georgia area as they are going through challenging times in their lives.
We will provide fresh fruits and vegetables and other nutritional foods along with hygiene products. These items are essential for their well-being.

Feeding families in west Georgia with providing good nutritional foods through fresh fruits, vegetables and other foods for everyday living! Giving families, homeless and seniors ease to let them know we are there for them through the provision of groceries.
Hygiene Products
Supplying natural based hygiene products, toiletries and more where most of us take for granted! But so essential for families, seniors, and homeless to have a standard way of living.
Senior
"Leaving No Senior Behind Program"
Now-a-days there are so many seniors that need help with food because they are unable to afford it. Finding themselves facing an impossible choice – to pay for groceries or utilities. Graceful Hearts, Inc mission is to make sure seniors are provided with fresh fruits and vegetables and other fresh food and hygiene products for the well being of there health. "No Senior will be left behind".
